Simple Plan will perform in Hungary in the fall. The world-f amous Canadian rock band's Bigger Than You Think! concert series will be h eld in Budapest on October 21 at Barba Negra\, organizer Live Nation annou nced to MTI on Friday.
\nFounded in 1999 and often described as a po p-punk band\, Simple Plan's concert series\, which originally started last year to celebrate their 25th birthday\, will arrive in Europe this fall.< /p>\n
The band exploded with their first studio album\, No Pads\, No Hel mets... Just Balls\, released in 2002\, featuring hits such as "I'd Do Any thing\," "I'm Just A Kid\," "Addicted\," and "Perfect." The five additiona l albums they have released since then\, and the successful songs includin g "Welcome to My Life\," "Summer Paradise\," "Untitled (How Could this Hap pen to Me?)\, "Shut Up!" or What's New Scooby-Doo? have firmly established their place among the stars of the genre.
\nThe four-piece band for med in Montreal (Pierre Bouvier &ndash\; vocals\, guitar\; Chuck Comeau &n dash\; drums\, percussion\; Jeff Stinco &ndash\; guitar\; Sé\;bastie n Lefebvre &ndash\; guitar\, vocals\, bass) have sold over 10 million albu ms worldwide\, have headlined numerous prestigious festivals\, performed a t the 2010 Winter Olympics and have also worked with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra.
\nTheir videos have reached over a billion views on YouT ube\, while their social media presence has generated another billion view s for them\, thanks in large part to the #ImJustAKid challenge\, which has also been joined by artists such as NSYNC\, Ed Sheeran\, and Venus and Se rena Williams.
\nLast year\, on the occasion of their 25th anniversa ry\, they released a documentary about Simple Plan's career\, and on their world tour\, Avril Lavigne and the Offspring joined them.

We can hardly believ e that we will be performing at such iconic\, huge venues as Wembley Arena in London and Accor Arena in Paris. It is a dream come true for us\," the band wrote about the continuation of the tour.
\nFor every ticket a nd VIP package sold on this tour\, Simple Plan will donate $1 to its found ation\, the Simple Plan Foundation\, to help young people in need and to d emonstrate the power of music as a tool for finding purpose in life.
\nThe Simple Plan Foundation has donated over $3 million to various chari ties in Canada and has received numerous prestigious awards for its philan thropic work.
\nSimple Plan has previously performed at Budapest Par k twice (2017\, 2023).
